I was just reading the following thread about shakeology. Just FYI http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/678896-shakeology-is-overpriced-garbarge Oh and I never have or will pay for the shakeology. I'll stick to my regular protein shakes that are so much cheaper or make my own.

Sweetie you can eat pretty much anything you want. Just track it and stay within your calories. Lean protien, veggies, fruit...the choices are endless. You can also modify your favorite foods and make them healthier by using reduced fat items or replacing sour cream with greek yogurt. I personally don't eat much pasta. Not…

Doesn't really look like you have a protien problem based on your diary. Do you take a multi-vitamin? If not, maybe try that and some biotin. Biotin is great for hair and nails. There could also be some other underlying problems like thyroid. Did they do blood work to check that?

I like the Dymatize ISO-100. It's 106 calories, 0 fat, 1 carb, 24 protien, 0 cholesterol and 50 sodium. I have tried the gormet chocolate and vanilla bean. Both are great and it mixes well. I only use water too. There are other flavors but I haven't tried them yet. Oh and it is very affordable.

look up body weight exercises on youtube. There are many vidoes with exercises you can do using your own body weight. My husband has been doing these at work lately and they are kicking his butt. lol Also some hand weights and resistance bands would help too. Those items are pretty cheep. If you have the money for the…

I ran your info into scoobysworkshop.com with 5-6 hrs a week of strenuous exercise and it says your BMR is 1516 and your TDEE is 2615 (for maint) and that to lose 1 lb a week you should consume 1961 calories and not eat back your exercise calories. If you were to eat at the 1500 calories that MFP set for you, you would…

Check out scoobysworkshop.com. It will tell you what how many calories you should consume. I personally think its a bit more accurate than MFP regarding that.

I don't add anything either. Just water. Never thought about making a bunch a head of time though. Hmmm...I might start doing that. lol

Dynatize ISO-100. Low calorie, low fat, low carb. Mixes well and tastes great. I've only tried the Gormet Chocolate and Vanilla.

One of my husbands favorite meals. Pour a bottle of Sundried Tomato Dressing over Chicken Breasts, cover and cook in the microwave for about 20 minutes. Super yummy and no need for other seasonings. We usually make mashed potatoes and put about a spoonful of the juice over them. Also look at Pinterest. I found a lot of new…

Depends.....this morning I had a strawberry banana smart smoothie, slice of 45 calorie whole wheat toast with a poached egg and a slice of black forest ham. Other days I may have an english muffin with a slice of cheese and a poached egg and a slice of turkey bacon. This week I've been eating a pack of sugar free instant…

Nevermind. I tried it again and it went through. I don't know what was up with that. lol

I can't read this without ordering the magazine. :(

I don't think I've ever had a frozen meal that had that much sodium in it.

I honestly coul care less what everyone thinks about processed foods, I eat them and have zero health issues. I am way too busy to worry about stuff like this. I cook and use canned, boxed or frozen item (gasp) a well as fresh. But working full time with twin 4 year olds, trying to keep a house clean, workout and spend…

Lol...love the "health by stealth". I made meatballs using mushrooms as my filler. Served them over Shirataki Tofu Spaghetti Noodles and spaghetti sauce. It was yummy.

Totally gonna make Butter Beans and Cabbage. Yum! Thanks for the idea!

Try wearing a longer shirt

If you are working out 5-6 times a week and only eating 1200 calories a day, you are not eating enough to fuel your body. You need to figure your BMR and never eat below that amount and eat your exercise calories back to the point that you at least NET your BMR.
-
That sounds yummy!!

lol....I don't know either except that we always added some kind of a wet ingredient in the loaf like tomato sauce or something and the filler helps to bind it. Also I come from a large family so maybe to make the food spread out further.
