I'm 37 31 42.5 Is that pear shaped. I'm told hour glass at times and pear at others. I don't have much of a chest so I figure pear. I used to have a smokin hot *kitten* but its not so nice these days. About to start my strength training again and hope to tighten it up. :)~

Insanity is an intense workout. You burn a crazy amount of calories. You really need to eat more. Try eating at your BMR and eating back your exercise calories. Check out scoobysworkshop.com

Sweetie not all liquid calories are the same. Your body processes alcohol sugar in a completely different way than other sugars or liquids. I can almost guarantee that if you reduce your alcohol intake you will see a big difference.

It appears that you are calculating SATURATED fat and not TOTAL fat. It is a good idea to keep the saturated to a minimum but if you are concerned about fat content you need to look at the whole picture. Your body needs fats and carbs to function properly. Oh goodness! I would def say your problem is diet related based on your diary. 1 meal a day and alcohol every day is not gonna cut it. Your protien intake is too low as well. I think once you up your calorie intake on more nutritious food items you will see an improvement in your hair and I bet you will feel better as well.

How many calories are you eating a day? If you have been on a real low calorie diet, that can also cause hair loss.

Frozen fish filets are good. You can cook them in the oven or on the stove. Canned tuna. Sandwiches. Pizzas made on flat out wraps. If you have a crockpot you can put chicken or pork on to cook and have shredded chicken or pork. Goes good on salads or rice or as tacos.

You should just asy Thank You and move on. So what if they say "I'm Proud of you" or "I'm happy for you". It's essentially the same thing just worded differently. Guess they could say "You lost weight? Sorry I didn't notice. " Would that have made you feel any better?
