You have to wet the strap a bit to start it up. The reason it starts working halfway is because your sweat is wetting it for you and I'm guessing you don't sweat right away into your workout. So, all you have to do is apply some water to it and attach it to yourself and you should be ready to go. Good luck.

I am doing INSANITY at the moment and I did day 11 of INSANITY today. I am loving it and always look forward to the workout. Looking forward to day 12 tomorrow. :) How is everyone doing with INSANITY?

Hey everyone. I am on day 11 of INSANITY and I am loving it! I'm not saying it's hard, but I can feel a difference already. :) This is the hardest workout I have ever did and I don't regret one minute of it. I'm going to do day 12 of INSANITY tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. :)

Give INSANITY a try. I am on day 7 (Rest day since INSANITY gives 1 rest day a week) and it is AMAZING. It will push you past your limits, but it will be worth it in the long run and it will give you the results you want. Good luck.

I haven't tried P90X yet, but I want to give it a try. At the moment, I am doing INSANITY and I love it! INSANITY will push you past your limits and give you a big surprise at how much you can actually do. Good luck! :)
