I'm right there with ya! 13 falls off but 11 is still a bit too small. I was a size 5 in middle school and I honestly just want out of the double digits! I have a big butt (which I love) and wide hips so any smaller than a 9, I will be surprised!

I can actually run for 60 seconds without feeling like I'm dying and my pants are all becoming baggy!! I LOVE THIS LIFESTYLE CHANGE!! :)

I was also at 1200 and upped only to 1300 but started losing more - I am now upping my calories again :)

Desk exercises are great! I work in a small office and normally don't take a lunch so I do leg lifts and such while I sit :) I also add a 20-30 min workout at home when my kids go down for bed - it's not a lot but its enough to balance out my day and no gym required!

I wear Nike Free's and I love them! They are so light and it doesn't feel like I'm lifting weights when I run. I wear a pair of Nike dance shoes though when I do P90X or any of my videos just because its a tighter fitting shoe for me and I tore all the tendons/ligaments in my ankle last summer so the tight support keeps…
