Same here nothing lost....stuck at 198.

Weight in today is nothing lost still at 198 ....my laptop took a turd on me so I've been without MFP most of the week. :( Starting fresh tomorrow.

I totally forgot to weigh in yesterday....I'm down .5 again for the week.

Tomorrow is day 5 for me and the soreness is pretty much gone....I feel like my endurance is a little better also compared to day 1. Good luck to you!

Checking in- 188.5 only .5 lbs lost. I know I should be satisfied.....but I"m not. Next week WILL BE BETTER!!!

Same here, I started my TOM today. I eat like a mad woman the days before and sometimes during. Not looking forward to the weigh in. Hopefully next week!

I tried caffeine pills and they made me feel like I was on drugs or something....I wouldn't recommend them.

Funny you mention this because my husband brought home Mcdonalds cheeseburgers, fries, and chocolate chip cookies for dinner last night. They smellllled so goood, but I passed on the burgers and fries......I did eat 1 1/2 cookies though!! I made myself some chicken and veggies.

I'm down 2 pounds since we started this challenge. I'm happy with that! I'm now at 199 and not 201. If I lose 2 pounds a week then I'll be good. Good luck everyone!

Yeah, I was planning on 1 1/2 a week and I'm finding that it works better for me to do a workout mid -day.This tool has been very helpful though. Seeing everyone on here that have similar goals to mine has been extremely motivational!
