  • They usually say what you were doing before pregnancy you should still be able to do during unless it doesn't feel good. I had to stop running or jogging at about 3 months. The pressure on my pelvic area after was so painful I hurt for 2 days. Always check with your doctor! Listen to your body and your doctor :)
