I like this, thankx for posting! I have been pretty consistant of losing 1-2 lbs/week, with my diet of around 1200 cals consumed/day, my exercise 6 days/week. I am also losing inches. I'm pretty Excited about this! Just havn't found what works for burning the belly fat and toning yet. Which I'd REALLY like to!

Welcome to MFP! I have been pretty consistant w/my workouts too, when I'm not sick. Logging your foods really does seem to help, I have been losing weight! Yeah! I'm still trying to understand the amount of needed protein for each day that I need, however, I try to keep my intake totals around 1200, even if I earned more.…

That sounds so good too! I did spray my TPC stone muffin pan with Pam, poured in my egg mixture, dropped in chopped ham, onion & mushroom then sprinkled cheese and baked. They came out great, I used TPC avacado peeler to help with removing them. I plan to make up a couple pans and freeze some.

Wow! Sounds to me like you're doing good. I too am having trouble understanding it. It says that I've earned extra caloires after I log my exercises, but I still consume at least 1200 calories per day. I was wondering if there are better choices of foods for pre & post workouts.
