Breaks in restaruants aren't scheduled, because the speed and rate of work is not predetermined. You just kinda work your butt off and when it dies down you get your break and hope for the best.

If you put enough junk on your salad a dressing is completely unecessary. I like getting salads from Chipotle with peppers, onions, black beans, chicken and corn. I'm with you on the balsamic and lemon juice too, I like flavors that enhance your salad, rather then masking them in ranchy blah...

I like ON powder which you can get 10 pounds for $50, but even Walmart brand whey is perfectly fine. GNC just tends to over price everything. If you are like me and whey doesen't agree with your stomach check into Isopure, it has 0 carbs and is a highly refined protein powder that is much gentler on the stomach.

I rock the dolphin right above my belly button.

Some of you ladies buying your protein at GNC are getting had, much cheaper protein powders out there. You don't have to take a protein shake, but some type of post work out nutrition is recomended.

Girl, I can tell you are so excited, your words are bursting off the page! Yay for be motivated =)

Yes, start slow, no need to jump right in and kill yourself in the beginning, that is the easiest way to lose motivation. Like the above said, start with walking and diet. When you feel you have lost enough weight challenge yourself with a new physical activity like a class or simply up what you are doing.

Give it a few days and you will be ready to go out and hurt yourself again! Aspirin helps a little and a glass a milk coudln't hurt eitehr =P
