There are those tofu noodles that have a weird texture but they are only 20 calories for 1/2 a bag. I mix them up with one of the laughing cow cheese wedges, pasta sauce and a ton of veggies and you get a very filling pasta primavera

I got obsessed with the scale and needed to tone it down, now I only measure once a week (if I am able) and take measurements once a week, that will help you see what's really happening!

I have a similar problem and when I am feeling really down and anxious I will binge. It's hard to remember that exercise MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER, way better than eating another candy bar. I don't know about you but I get super guilty and down on myself when I mess up my diet so it's just better for my mental health to eat…
