Lost 0.4 pounds which I am not disappointed with because it's finals week and I am a stress eater. Plus, it's been the first two days I haven't exercised in 70 days. I love this method but sometimes I eat more because i know i am not going to see red. I have to work on that. Just thankful I am off the plateau.

Apparently on her podcast Jillian said that it isn't meant to be done everyday. I do it every other day because I am really not interested in being hurt. Obviously it's your decision but I don't have anything to prove except to myself.

I will have my iphone but wasn't planning on taking my computer. Thanks for that exercise routine, I think I will type it up into my phone so i will have it with me. Maybe watching youtube videos on my phone? Thanks for your help, you're right, not all is lost.

It's just another way to set up your goals, I was already eating close to my BMR but now i just don't worry about exercise calories as much unless I burn a ton of calories.

I am using it. I was stalled out for almost a month and now the scale is moving again. You are eating the calories of your BMR and if you exercise, that's what makes a larger deficit. So really, my BMR is already 400 calories less than my maintenance level and then you make a bigger deficit with exercise. Been doing this…

I just started two medications that are suppose to cause weight gain (one is a antidepressant) and I haven't at all and have continue to lose. I'm not really sure yet either, yesterday's deficit of 749 had me feeling sort of hungry when I went to sleep but I figure it's not a bad thing as long as i am not starving when I go to sleep. I have been loving non-fat cottage cheese with some salsa mixed in. 1/2 a cup is around 85 calories all together. I also love grapefruit with some stevia on top. SO GOOD

Apparently Jillian said on a podcast that the DVD isn't meant to be done everyday. Currently I am doing in every other day and that lets my body adjust and fix itself.

I only lost 0.6 but considering the scale hadn't moved in weeks, I am okay with that. Hopefully next week will be better! I like this method but I do find that I end up eating more because I don't worry about seeing red? hopefully I get over that.

If you have stores like Ross, TJ Maxx or Marshals they will have amazing tea assortments in their home sections that are pretty cheap. As far as types, I love earl gray or english breakfast but really like anything.

At the clinic I worked at there was a 27 year old with your same issues. Physical therapy isn't going to be able to help that much, in fact, this girl's surgeon told her to skip PT all together. The doctor I work with told her to leg lifts while lying down instead of the usual crunch to help. Good luck.

chicken for chicken tacos! So easy Chicken breast plus salsa plus pineapple into the crock pot for 4 hours, then shred it. So amazing.
