You can do this! I've been carrying around that "chubbiness" too. Honestly, this has been a lot easier than I would have thought. Increase the exercise, log everything and the weight will just fall off.

It has brand new batteries so I don't think that is it. My living room is all carpeted so that may be the issue but both readings were on the carpet. The only thing I can think of is standing on the coffee table and that just sounds like a bad idea.

I use my wii to dance to just dance 2 and it's a lot of fun and burns a lot of calories. Maybe something like that will help you with the weight and the winter?

If I need to snap out of it quickly I will usually dance around or sing to a good song. Hard to be sad when you are doing something like that. Good luck!

i just started using Just dance 2 on the wii and there is a noticeable difference in how i look in a week. I am trying to do 45 minutes a day which can burn over 300 calories. I have wii fit too but I just don't have as much fun with that and can't do it for as long. Not saying you should buy a whole new game, just letting…
