Sometimes it's nice to just break up the monotony and try a new way of tracking what we eat. I'll be commiting myself to both this month and see what happens. Thanks for the inspiration!

Does it work? I also sweat a ton, and find that re-washing/styling my hair every single time I work out is a pain!

My naturopath suggested I consume two tablespoons of ground organic flax everyday. I've been doing so via smoothies, or adding it to yogurt...that, along with drastically increasing my water intake, has helped a lot with the BM's. Good luck!

I also like Jillian Michaels' other DVD's..."No More Trouble Zones," "Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism," and the new "Yoga Meltdown." She definitely kicks your butt!
