I make a breakfast casserole with egg beaters, green peppers, red peppers, onions, low fat shredded cheese, turkey sausage and bake. You can really add anything you want to it. I bake a pan, and there's my breakfast for the week.

I came up with a recipe a few weeks ago and it was delicious... 1 box of chocolate cake mix 1 individual serving of apple sauce 1 egg 1 can of pumpkin Mix all together and bake as directed by the box. It was amazing tasting and really moist...

First, let me say congratulations on the 80 pounds lost. AMAZING....My goal for the day is 1470 calories to eat. I am always with in a 20 or so calories, with anywhere from 400-1100 calories earned in exercise. With only 3 pounds in the last 30 days lost. My thought was to work out less this week and see if that helps.…

Dani, remember to take it slow. Especially when you start a workout plan. Might I suggest getting some small weights, say 2 or 3 pound weights and just do some arm stuff to get your heart rate up. I try not to eat back my calories. If I do eat some back I'll do maybe at the most half. That was I give myself a buffer in case I missed something during the day or miscalculated on something I ate. I think the calories given for some of the exercises is a bit high, so it's helps with that as well.
