I always feel wiped out after a workout (and I eat before and after), but I feel like if I pushed myself hard enough I should be a lil tired!

Gym member @3 yrs I work out 4-6 days/wk for @ 1 hour I mostly lift weights (cardio a few days in between and after lifting) I can't say that I have ever enjoyed working out but I feel a sense of pride/accomplishment in the way I feel and look from putting in the hard work and that makes it worth it!

When I first got back into fitness, I started on her 30 Day Shred and it was pretty challenging. It has 3 levels, breaks you in with light weights, always made me sweat, and is only 20 min. I highly recommend it for beginners.

I do like their syrup. I don't think it tastes any worse than any sugar free syrup, and actually has fewer ingredients in it than a lot of the sugar free syrups. Don't knock it till you try it.

I don't eat mine back either, I kinda think, what's the point on exercising if I'm just gonna eat back what I just burned??? I do eat a little extra the days I lift.

Yeah, it doesnt give you any #s for streingth because from what I've read there are too many variables to weight lifting. I usually log 30 Day shread as circuit training. Hope this helps! :-)
