When I first started I used to ice my knee after a session for the first month or so, I honestly thought I had done major damage! I hadn't, they just weren't used to hard work ;) Ice them up, it will go away after a few more sessions.

I've been crossfitting since Dec and stilll can't do double unders *sadface* Oh well, I'll get there eventually. I can bring the rope around twice in one skip (not a very technical explanation!) but it always stops at my feet... I can't actually do the skip part, I'm not sure if it's speed or what? any tips for that?

I've been going since last December 3 x a week but have just upped my membership so will be going at least 4/5 times a week. I'd like to get into a routine of going every day before or after work. I don't do anything else on my days off, though probably should.

Another shortie here! 5'3 and currently 158lbs, want to get to the 130's if I can. Am finding it very tough to lose, mainly because I fall off the wagon at weekends so it's one step forward, two steps back. Any fellow 5ft 3'ers, feel free to add me for support!
