Hi everyone, What do you eat for breakfast? I don't have too much time in the mornings so I tend to boil and mash eggs with mayo then eat them at work, but I'm kind of getting sick of them! What quick breakfasts do you make?

Calories for weightloss
Hi guys, for those of you on here who want to lose weight/fat doing crossfit I am keen to know how many calories you take in on 1) WOD days and 2) on rest days? I crossfit usually 4 times a week (working up to 5!) with the aim to lose weight (but atm I'm not). I'm eating to my TDEE -20% and just curious about what you guys…

How do you log your WOD?
Crossfit doesn't come up as a list of exercises, so how do you log your WODs? And how do you know the calorie burn? We did 'Annie' this morning with another 10 min press up WOD, I counted it as calisthenics but sometimes I just count it as circuits. Am I missing a trick? Thanks.
