We put away our own and if we're done and someone isn't yet (mainly cos they have huge weights), we help! literally never considered it insulting, I thought it is helpful!

Mine are a 6 and I find they come up ever so slightly large, don't know if anyone else thinks that. Do you have anyone in your box that could let you try on theirs? I just gambled and ordered mine online! I wouldn't say they're so big it's a problem though.

Going to say the same as everyone else- do it! Everything will be scaled to your ability so don't worry about that. Everyone cheers you on and it's a great atmosphere. Oh and there is the biggest mix of people at my box- old & young. No one cares, we're all mates. I started twice a week, upped to three and now I go 4-5…

Yep, totally OBSESSED. Not read the books though, need to do that! The red wedding... too much! Have a lot of love for Jon Snow *sigh* Fave character: Tyrion (obvs), Jon Snow (so brooding), and Arya (love her!). But tbh I love them all. Cannot wait for the next series!!

Ok, cool, thank you both. So have you been losing since you started eating to your TDEE minus 10% & crossfitting? I guess if I am eating to my TDEE minus 20% that includes my workouts so I shouldn't 'eat back' any calories just stick with that number?
