Great advice Leila. I find I have been getting winded after about 40 seconds, but it's probably because I am going too fast. I did do a bit better on Monday than on Saturday . I think I am going to repeat week 1 next week.

I'm an Americn expat living in francophone Switzerland . The data base is quite extensive and I have found products that I thought were a long shot. If I can't find exactly what I am looking for I use the info for something similar and select a larger serving to err on the side of safety .

Well done! I also ddid week 1 day 1 of C25k today. I'm a total novice, so it was quite a challenge, but I plan to stick with it.

Thanks so much for this! Your words are very inspirational. I have finally resolved to give up on the quick fiixes which only lead to me losing 10-15 lbs getting depressed and regaining 20 :-( This week for the first time I did not regain over the weekend. I relaxed a bit, but still kept within my guidelines.

Watermank It's frustrating isn't it? In my 20's and even early to mid 30's it was so easy. Now I realise that I need to seriously count calories and a lot of exercise.
