Lay's Potato Chips.... wait a min, I don't think this topic is a good one. Now everyone's binging on their favorite foods! Oh no

I would also like to add that I have the second game for Zumba Wii and it's supposed to be a more difficult game. After you've finished with the dance/song, the game tells you how many calories you've burned. Choosing a song that's about a moderate level only burns 47 calories according to the game. My question is how are…

I definitely thought it was challenging at first cause I expected it to be like DDR. I kept at it, and then it was all figured out. Don't give up cause you will catch on! :) I love ZUMBA!

I am 5'7'' and a quarter and I weigh now, 128. I'm still within the healthy range on the BMI scale, so I'm happy. I wear a size 7 in Wal mart jeans, which I specifically mention because sizes run so differently everywhere. The higher the price the smaller you are. ANYWAYS, that's me! :)

I guess I think the opposite. I think if you can exercise 3 times a week for an hour than that's great! I also think if you fluctuate from 5-6 days to 3 days, then back again, that's great too. I think we get on this vicious cycyle of " oh no! I didn't work out every single day!" and then we get stressed and then we gain a…

Why can't every day be a vacation? Why can't my hair always look perfect and when I open my closet, why isn't there an amazing new wardrobe daily? Why does my scale have to always be so darn accurate? Why can't I have a personal trainier that makes me look fab? And WHY don't I have a limitless bank account and rich…

I get nothing creative! boo! :) I picked out...

This thing is telling me 1200 calories for even just having 2-3 times a week of activity. Shouldn't my calories be higher if I'm moving more? I'm with the first poster. Mayo is a top notch institution so why would they have such a range?

I agree with the above comment, but I understand where you're coming from. The only way to get "to that point" is to get with the erxercise program and just do it. That's the only way to really commit. Getting up every day and working out and being consistent is the best way to maintain what you're doing. Then you'll get…

I would like to say that yoga is great for your breathing and it really stretches you out, but unfortunately doesn't help you really lose weight. Keeping that to a min and keeping up the cardio will end up helping you more in the long run. I love yoga because it can be very relaxing and help your body feel better, but…

I am in the same boat, only I'm older. Once that cold weather rolls around, and then holiday dinners, it's easy to pack it on. Just keep yourself motivated with those DVDs at home, and when it comes to cooking healthier, don't think too extreme. It's really easy. For example, make something easy like fajitas. Get a green…

welcome! this is a really helpful site!

Have the video and it killed me. They really make the contestants work really hard and that's how they are able to pull such big numbers sometimes. Especially in those first weeks, they lose a ton!

I thnk the difficulty of those last few pounds is simply cause we're women. Our bodies want to hold on to it, I think, because we're natural child bearers and it wants to keep that weight for a future pregnancy. It's just what I think, but I think it seems reasonably given how much our bodies can change just from 18 to 25.

This has been a very big help! I don't eat that much meat to begin with, and I guess I had just forgotten about frozen fruits. I think I'm going to keep sticking with the fresh produce as well as reading more labels! :) Did you know that a serving of regular cornflakes with lowfat milk, has the same calories as buying the…

Well, here's how I see it. If you have several days of bad eating, but then you exercise, it's not really going to help you lose more. it may just balance you out. I really recommend that you start counting your calories. EIther journal or use the calorie counter on this site, and that will greatly help you to not indulge…

I just started as well and I love the calorie tracker! I'm not trying to lose alot of weight, but a little and it has helped tremendously. You will find adding your food to the calorie tracker really easy. So don't be afraid! It gives such a boost of confidence when you see that you've maintained your calories throughout…
