This made me giggle.

I just read your comment about your history with anorexia. Yes, please!! Keep doing what you did yesterday! Allow yourself to pay attention to what is going in your mouth. So you don't put back on those 65 pounds that you worked so hard to take off. But it sounds like tracking has become a bit of an obsession and you could…

Another side note... I noticed that you stated several times that you're eating every few hours. Don't rely so much on how often you eat. For some people, it makes sense to eat every few hours because that's when they're hungry. Other people are better off eating three meals a day. Your body will run just fine if you only…

I have a friend who is a Beach Body coach... she keeps losing weight. She's also bulking up, but she keeps saying she needs to lose another 5-10 pounds. I worry about her. I understand where your co-worker is coming from. However, it sounds like YOU want to go into maintenance. If you are happy with where you're at, then…

Welcome!!!

Not sure what you consider low sugar, but I've been enjoying Greek yogurt... I go with the 100 calorie (or less) options (AKA low fat) because they also have a lower sugar content. Plus it gives me protein.

Maybe opening your diary to let us see would help?

Is this a for real story?

Ahhh my peeples!!! <3 <3 <3 I just finished a set of leg warmers for my niece... wrote the pattern myself (based on a few others) and one is two rows longer than the other... I even counted everything as I went along... not about to pull it out... she'll just have to stretch the other one a bit! haha I've got about 4…

Pretty much everything out there that cuts out a food group. I (PERSONALLY) feel that some foods are better off not being consumed (too high in a specific macro, calories, sodium; energy stealers; etc.), but cutting out a whole food group is just wrong.

Choose a time and day to weigh in. For example: when you wake up on Monday morning. Then always weigh in at that time. Side note: don't weigh yourself so often throughout the day.

1) Everyone that I work with is a woman (I'm into guys) or married. 2) I've been out of college for nearly 10 years... not that much of a cougar. 3) I don't do bars...don't go to the gym (wouldn't want to meet anyone there anyway)... online dating just works better for me.

She wanted it. At a funeral.

You lost me...

Depends on why she wants to be friends, but I don't see why not.

I'm at the grocery store every other day. However, my usual suspects: -organic chicken breasts (I buy these fresh as I need them) -canadian bacon -seafood (frozen tilapia or shrimp) -lunch meat -frozen veggies -bananas -oranges, apples, pears -mushrooms -bell peppers -some sort of salad/lettuce mix -other produce that's on…

To further my original post... here's some thoughts... Did you set your calorie goal or go with the My Fitness Pal option? What are you eating throughout the day that is "eating better" but leaving you hungry by nightfall? Do you have any supporters around you? Do you have a goal weight? Are the pounds too lose so large…

Why 300 grams of protein?

I made a goal to cut back to once a week. There was a time when I was eating fast food daily. I'm better off saying never because I always want more. Ideally, it is only two meals a week. I often times will get a healthier option (ie burger with extra veggies, no bun; a salad with grilled chicken; fresco tacos) instead of…

I'm 5'3" - 5'4", 30 years old. My current weight is 225-230 (haven't weighed in 10 days). I have a lot of goal weights... right now, it's to get below 200 pounds. Ultimately, I want to get to 160-170 and see how I feel then. My "happy weight" was 133 about 6 years ago, but I haven't been below 170 in 15 years, so I'm not…
