I don't pay attention to the goal of the day but I make sure I hit my goal for the week. I wouldn't worry too much. Any exercise is a step in the right direction. Good job!

Hi Mary I too lose motivation easily. Here is a meal I like to make: taco salad. It is only 465 calories and it gets a lot of food so you feel full. Another strategy is to drink a glass of water about 20 minutes before you plan on sitting down to eat. I am going to try doing this while I am cooking dinner. Dinner…
