I weighed 432 pounds when I started exercising. I walked and did the elliptical and while it might not have been pretty... I didn't care. We used to have a "slop pail" under the kitchen sink. When It would get full we'd litterally "Slop the hogs". Man would they fight over that rotten food!!!

I was stuck for 6 weeks... I mean did not move an ounce and I was busting my butt and eating healthy. My Nutritionist suggested strength training. If I eat somehting.... not so healthy, so be it. I try not to let it continue thru the whole day and turn into a week. I think it's fine to go out to eat and have something not exactly healthy. Certainly not the airlines fault. But.... when I started my weight loss I was 400 pounds. It's not as simple as to just say lose weight you fat slob. Believe me.... there's more to it then that. Yup, her health was her issues. What those issues were we don't know totally. It's very sad.
