You'll do great! When I started P90X I hadn't worked out A DAY IN MY LIFE. I decided to try it because my boyfriend at the time was doing it. Every workout has modified moves in case you have joint/knee/muscle issues. Plus you'll have the support of your family. Just take it one day at a time.

I was always "the skinny girl" until about 5 years ago- the weight started catching up to me. I'm here to lose about 20 pounds as well. I'm not "fat". I'm naturally small so I don't carry extra weight well.

I had the SAME problem! The healthier I ate (more veggies) the more gas and bloating I had. I started taking a probiotic everyday and it's worked wonders. No more gas since then.

I'm always OVER my protein because I eat 3 hard-boiled egg whites in the morning for breakfast. I also drink a protein shake after my workout for recovery. I love beans too so I add them in salads.
