Week two is a lot harder! The cardio is killer... lots of plank variations. I had to do the modified version for more of the exercises than I would have liked to. I was sweating like crazy and it was actually pretty fun though! Good luck on week 2 everyone!

I love the strength part in circuit 2! I don't like the oblique dips though... I feel like I'm doing them wrong!

How did the first two days go for everyone? I like the workout a lot. I definitely sweat. I have been using 2 pound weights and it doesn't feel too challenging so I'm going to up it to 5 pound weights. I do have been doing it at 630am before work and after I'm done I feel great! That's amazing!! I just started running and I can do about 2.5 miles with out stopping to walk. I can't wait to improve.. you are definitely an inspiration to me!!
