  • I started phase 2 on August 1, and I like workouts 5 and 6 better than the workouts in 3 and 4. This morning I did the cardio 2 for the first time, and I really can see myself doing the whole routine. I don't know if I got stronger and more stamina but I'm amped about weeks 5 and 6. :-)

  • I have P90X and I've done P90. I loved P90, and enjoyed doing it. P90x for me is a good workout but it is very bad on my knees.
