To me just shows that she has smart lawyers. Here is a link to story. http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/03/28/tagblogsfindlawcom2012-lawandlife-idUS354141915520120328 Here is excerpt. Exactly! And I still don't consider any of the "new photos", actual or not, of him to be threatening. What about them makes him threatening or suspicious? Besides it's not like Zimmerman would have any insight on this kds life other than what he would ave made up in his head based on how he looked to him. In any case, it…

And that's the big issue. There wouldn't be as much uproar if he was at least arrested and the case properly investigated. It is not unusual for someone to be arrested and additionl charges brought later or dropped. I understand that they were applying the stand your ground law, but they basically took his word and moved…

OMG, thank you. I know I wasn't crazy. All of a sudden I started feeling lumps and bumps under my skin. I had a few docs and nurses, (I work in a medical setting) as well as my own doctor, tell me it was adipose tissue. I just prayed that it would go away and said as long as my skin didn't look like how it felt, then good.…

Thanks, will do. I'm hoping it's not corn itself, but maybe corn syrup, modified food starch, etc. Will see. Tell me about that Jamaican Quinoa and Beans

Agreed, I noticed that as I went along. I kinda enjoyed it. I know it is something I will have to do if I want to take charge of my health.
-
I hurt all over, my body feels like one big bruise from my knees up. But it's my fault, I just kept going. I was so excited to reintroduce certain foods that I kept going. Corn obviously is a major trigger for me. It initiated my aches and pains and some fatigue. What I am feeling now is way worse. However I am not sure…

I hate jumping....challenge complete...feels good though after the fact.

I jumped my pants off, literally, I did. While doing the speed rope in my parking lot, the shorts I had on over my tights fell down. Lol. Good thing I did not have them on alone. Seriously though, I did not feel like doing the challenge tonight, especially after doing my C25K. But gotta lead by example for the team, right.…

I've been wondering lately what was more important, the percentage (i.e. 40/30/30) or the actual grams (1g per LBM or body weight) Here 's a link to an interesting article that differentiate needs based on activity level. I saw something similar elsewhere, but can't recall where. http://competitiondiet.org/?p=128 Here is…

Thought I would update this in case anyone is poking around. I should be finished with this on March 31st! Yeah!!! If I actually took their recommendations and introduced the foods on the second part of the challenge phase, it would be longer. It will take me almost 3 months when I'm done. No MAJOR reactions for me yet,…

Thanks, I was thinking that. And would be cheaper than buying shoes. But I wonder if the lack of arch support will end up hurting my knee and back in the long run - flat feet.

I know this is an old thread, but I have the same problem. Went to fleet feet and was fitted for shoes and got some superfeet insoles. They worked great, until I tried Zumba. It is the most agonizing pain. I ended up taking the shoes off after two songs and doing it bare feet. If I pushed it longer I don't think I would…

Yeah I thought the explanation was crazy, but did want to hear what may be out there about sodium an weightloss.
