I personally really love it! I overlook the silly afterburn claims they make, but I do love wearing a heart rate monitor and seeing a visual of how hard I pushed myself. Instructors can be hit or miss just like anywhere else. I tried several classes with different instructors until I found a couple that I preferred. I…

I gained weight while on antidepressants, but my weight remained stable while on benzodiazepines. I took nearly every antidepressant available over the course of 5 years, but didn't find relief until I took Xanax and then a year later, Klonopin. I no longer take anything daily. I found I relied too heavily on the…

I have a big water bottle that I make sure to fill up at least three times during the day. I sometimes squeeze lemon into it. I also love sparkling water! It's replaced my soda drinking!

I'm 5'0 and aiming for 108-110ish lbs. I'm 122 lbs currently so I don't have much to lose, but I do have a small frame and would be more comfortable losing another 10 lbs or so.

I eat pretty much the same thing every day for breakfast. An egg, piece of whole wheat toast, and some fruit.

Mine is doing the same. Can't figure it out!

I spend anywhere from $50-90 a week for just myself. I could definitely spend less, but I cut other areas of my budget down so I can spend more on food.

I cut out diet soda and switched to La Croix and Pellegrino. When I'm really craving a soda though, I'll drink a "Zevia". I've found them at Kroger and Whole Foods.

I've been a vegetarian for almost 6 years now and I get in tons of protein. I eat a lot of beans, eggs, nut butters, nuts, quinoa, seeds, lentils, hummus, etc as whole food sources of protein. I like Gardein veggie burgers and "chicken" too, although not as good sources compared to the above list. And yes, I believe whey…
