Good for you, and I'd have to agree,.....drinking does not help with weight loss I think I have been fooling myself into thinking that as long as my calories are ok I can afford some wine or a shot or two of vodka after a stressful day at work. Excellent,.....very good progress. I haven't tried the program but, push myself to run, jog walk alternately because I really want to say I AM A RUNNER ! I try to have snacks that offer protein on hand,.......helps me with meeting my goal and keeps me feeling full Almonds, string cheese and cottage cheese cups are my favorites

I noticed changes and had differences in how my clothes fit within 4-6 weeks. Only ten pounds though so coworkers and friends have not been noticing so far.

Hot suce or garlic are my favorites, .......but you can also marinade them overnight in a healthy salad dressing or make your own with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette

You are having great results why change now,......I think if it's getting boring or you want more variety, do different cardio, and as long as the weather cooperates, you can incorporate some outside activity

I'm in! 1. I will drink 8glasses of water a day and at least 2 cups of green tea 2. I will go to the gym 5 days a week and walk on the other two 3. I will have one cheatt meal a week 4. I will drink only one day a week 5. I will try one new recipe each week

Just last week I was working late and had no time to make it home to get my gym stuff,....had hubby pack my bag and meet me at the gym. Well.....men are color blind I guess because he had two different shoes in their,....one Nike, one Adidas. I did Zumba anyhow who gives a **it ?? Got lots of funny looks. A year or so…

Very sad,.....but unfortunately fault lies with Carnival as well, asthey opted to "skip" the evacuation and emergency drills until day 2 or 3 after leaving Rome, so that more passengers would be on then ,....and they wouldn't have to do it over for the newbies !! Thanks buddy, I will update you at te end of the week!!!! You gave me a good idea though which is to think a little about what my "staple foods" are. For me cottage cheese and cheese strings are also on my list, ....just need to think about others and you re right, Easy things to prepare!!
