Endometriosis? I have terrible menstrual pains; especially every other month – this month was a better one; I ‘only’ had 3000mg ibuprofen when the period started.

My nutritionist recommended earlier 1300 calories but changed that today 1550 calories; usually I exercise at least 400 calories per day; in the best days 1400+ calories. I think the extremely low calories are if you don't do anything but if you are exercising normally in my opinion 1750 should be ok.

One friend of mine lost lots of weight by drinking lots of diet Coke (and hardly eating anything) – maybe not that healthy. I’m really addicted to bubbles; might have nowadays 1 can of diet Coke and then a few cans of soda water.

I think apple is around 50 cals - I like green apples but a bit complicated to eat them because I have braces... What about apple sauce?

Sounds great - I have oatmeal most mornings, I love plain low fat yogurt and Chilean blueberries and Californian rasberries... but I hate papaya; cannot stand it!!! I was not big fan of herbal teas but discovered lemon & ginger some time ago; also Moroccan mint is very good!

Total calories do matter - at the moment I'm counting the calories and if I still have spare ones in the evening; I will enjoy - also you shouldn't eat too little during the day! I could never ever stop eating at 6pm since I still have many hours to go; ok usually I don't wake up before 8am so that matters as well.
