10K – what to eat?
I’ll be participating 10K race next weekend; the start will be at 7am. What I should eat the night before and then in the morning before the race? I’d love to have my oatmeal porridge in the morning but that would mean that I should wake up super early to cook it… TIA :smile:

Upset – I look like being pregnant…
I went to the gym today. Really enjoyed the bootcamp style exercise class. After the class two Arab ladies (mother and daughter) came to me and the mother touched my belly!!! She assumed that I was pregnant… at least I was confident enough to say that I’m just fat; not pregnant… I also suffer from PCOS and that explains…

Green Beans Ideas?
Any ideas what to do with green beans? I got lots of organic green beans and I’m not very good in using those; ok putting those to the flying pan with some olive oil and garlic or steaming those quickly for a salad but what about something else?

Need new friends - 25kgs fat to lose!!!
