Congrats - well done! You are really an inspiration

Feel free to add me - I'm also looking for some motivation; stopped this for a couple of months and now back!!!

Great job!!! I love to party as well; didn't drink any alcohol between New Year's and Valentine's - felt great!!!

welcome to the 'club' - pcos is not fun but it's possible to manage it by diet & exercise...

yes, a few years ago I did three months a loved it - unfortunately I had to stop that due to too many business trips but I was really getting fitter! In fact I'll be starting 4-weeks program this Sunday - cannot wait!!!

Very true; I have always have had larger ones; currently 16.5. Had some issues with them when I was younger but not anymore. One friend of mine is super fit and has basically nothing in the calves so he's planning to put implants... And I have also realized that many men like curvier legs... Me too - man with very skinny…

I'd love to but unfortunately no plans to travel to DC at the moment... (I used to study & work there and loved the city!!!)

fully agree!!!

I'm getting headaches if I'm dehydrated; also if I'm not eating enough carbs... One evening I took some orange juice and after that was ok (usually I don’t drink juices).
-
I only like tuna in oil and it has lots of calories so don't eat canned tuna at all at the moment! But I love fresh tuna...not overcooked.
-
Yes, I track everything except water and herbal tea (I drink lots of water, usually between 3-4litres). Sometimes when I'm eating out / traveling I'm not tracking at all...that's not good when I'm just leaving the diary empty!

5"8 and 210lbs - started on January 2nd. now 199lbs

Thanks for the encouraging comments!!! Really sometimes I should think about the situations on the other way around, that’s a very good tip! I know other women are the worst ones commenting; there’s one older lady at the office who don’t have any children but is always staring my tummy… at least she has been polite enough…
-
I have also heard that you are not supposed to eat anything after 6pm... but I don't believe in that; depends also what time you go to the bed / wake up. My dinner is usually between 7:30 and 9:30.

Fantastic for one hour of jogging!!! On the rest day I'd do 'regular' activities; walking would be fine... I think it's just important to keep a heart rate down (not super power walking). Most of the yogas don't put my heart rate up (unless ashtanga, hot) so that would be fine as well... Enjoy your Sunday off!!!

Always 3/4 black leggings (Adidas, Puma, Nike) and a sleeveless top (Adidas, Puma) with a good sportsbra (I'm 36DD). On the way to the gym I might wear a hoodie. Asics shoes. Don't like 'normal' T-shirsts at all!!! I get quite many of those from my work but never use them, even in in the night time...

so true; many times when I'm exercising I'm craving berries... and then usually I'll eat lots of blueberries/rasberries! (and not driving to McD any more  )

Any recent experiences with this product?

I had a nice italian lunch a day before and some chicken & rice with veggies for dinner. On the race morning I woke up at 4:45am and prepared some oatmeal porrige and had lots of water and herbal tea. The race started at 7:15am - it was all fine and the weather was perfect. I finished at 1:18 - my goal was do to that under…
-
Thanks to ALL for the great comments; just picked my race package and getting very excited... Will report later how that went!
-
I started to do morning walks/jogs without eating anything; just having lots of water. If I would eat, I'd eat even more during that day - that works fine for me. And after morning walk some oatmeal porrige (and usually I pick up a latte on my way which is maybe not that healthy...).
-
I used those for one day - and I had an upset stomach for one month!!!
-
Fantastic!!!
