I do this too, and always have. I prepare a sandwich and leave it in the fridge. I USUALLY then eat this. I first started doing this to stop me cooking in my sleep. Since starting MFP I count in the sandwich

I joined the group - thankyou. I ran my second day today - on the flat-ish, and managed the WHOLE podcast. It was hard but I did it. I feel great.

Just done week one, day two of the c25k and I managed it all! I actually cheered when I finished the last run, much to the bemusement of the dog walkers. My little doggy is muddy and knackered. I didn't realise how busy our park is at 6am. Would love to join you for mutual support

Thanks everyone. The instructor had to do hill runs with us only because there were not enough stewards. She has since informed us that she will have the less-fit amongst us running on the flat with a separate steward. Surprisingly, I feel pretty good today, just a little stiff in the thighs and buttocks. I will see how…

Me too..but I got some advice years ago to always have a sandwich prepared in the fridge (a nice one). Then, if you go sleep-eating you generally automatically go for the sandwich. You can count it in to your daily totals as a snack, and if you don't eat it, treat it as a bonus. I've also found that not having chocolate…
