Lift heavier weights, consistently. Make sure your lean proteins, carbs, and healthy fats are ample enough for your body type. Get a gym partner/personal trainer to help push you in your lifts.

Don't eat back all calories. You need to still be in a caloric deficit in order to lose weight. You only eat them ALL back if you're maintaining.

Well I used to stay logged on MFP at work while I was deployed overseas in the desert. It definitely made the down times easier and kept the morale up because these forums used to have me busting out laughing!! lol

I have a desk/warehouse job. Mostly sitting at my desk though. So lucky for me we have an exercise ball and some weights. I know thats right!! I had to get away from people myself that were constantly complaining....and always blaming others for things not going right in their lives. They were stressing me out! Cut em loose and wish them the best. But you cant hold me down too.
