Thanks for ur comment. Question: Why did you remove HIIT and heavy cardio from your routine if you know that HIIT is more a benefit to strength and fat loss?

You definitely have a good routine going! Good to know that HIT/HIIT doesnt affect muscle lost... Ive only read on bodybuilding.com that there are some expressed concerns of this happening...not necessarily that it does happen. Thanks again!!!

I work out first. Couple of times I had a shake but lately Ive just been drinking water. After my workout is when I would drink my protein shake. Then when I get to work I'd eat my low fat yogurt, banana, and/or apple with more water. :)

I totally agree with ^^^^^ Make him help out!!!! You need a little "me" time for yourself. In addition to him helping out, you could also either incorporate workouts before you take a shower in the mornings, during your lunch time at work, or right after your school in the evenings. HE CAN HELP TO COOK DINNER AND PREPARE…
