I would focus on the amount of calories as well. Tracking food help to keep a person accountable for the food he or she may eat. Staying within your calorie goal is a good place to start. When I first started I could believe the amount of calories I ate that did not keep me full. As I have gone through this journey I eat…

Duda- Thank you :) So weight training now is not such a bad idea. Meghan-I'm sure I will have questions lol I want to continuing losing after I meet my first goal. I just do not want to remain at that weight if I start p90x. Have you lost some weight on p90x within the four weeks?
