Hi! Mine would be completing 7k steps a day and working out 4 times a week for the whole month. By the end of the month I start lacking motivation as well.

@germany03 I thought I typed more but apparently not lol. I just started today and hoping to stay committed. I've done it once before and sometimes I need to mix it up a bit. Nice job prepping food.

I'm on week 3 day 17. My scale moved the first week and now it's back up. The inches keep decreasing but my weight isn't moving. Thoughts? I had a two bad days the previous week so I'm not sure if that could be a contributing factor.

Definitely take pictures! It's nice seeing the progression if the scale does not move. I also saw the scale not move / go up the first few days @wrightchoices. I waited until the 7th day to weigh myself. Just keep up the hard work

Hi! I completed my first week yesterday and lost 3 lbs. I definitely felt more energized this past week. I didn't make the best food choices yesterday and today a new day. I will be squeezing in my day #9 workout in a bit.

Thank you guys for your help! That grocery list is wonderful! Is it hard to track calories here and then count containers? I'm using it has a measurement for foods I can eat during the day.

I just completed day 4. It was fun. I only did one round in 20 minutes. My arms suck at push ups but I did it. Time to workout some more! Great job everyone!

Sorry for the late post. I did an evening workout. I did got through round 1 with my sister and boy was she not focused. I shortened round 2 because I was exhausted from working out for an hour and a half with p90x. My sister gave up after round one but boy do my legs hurts. Tomorrow is a new day!! :) keep up the hard work…

I agree. I don't know whether you have done 30DS before. I did it for two weeks and it is challenging but the repetitiveness of doing the same thing every day got to me quickly. I like 90x because it does show high and low intensity moves and I get to switch it up everyday. I look forward to a different workout each day.
