The only thing I can say is that you lost the weight too quickly. [Not that that's a bad thing] If you give it time some of it will shrink, but you may have to resort to skin removal surgery for what doesn't. I will also say that I think massage helps a little.

My current weight is 19st 2lbs, and my ultimate goal is 10st. I've lost 10kg in two months. I don't have support from my family or friends, and have been struggling. Feel free to add me everyone.

I've been doing the Cardio Max Weight-Loss DVD. I'm not sure if it's the same DVD as the one you are using. I know that for myself I am burning 420 calories doing the level one workout. I should mention that I am 1.72 m (5'8") and weigh 19st 2lbs (268) I hope this helps.

After I was hit by a car and broke my pelvis on my right side, I noticed that my right leg is now shorter than my left.
