  • I find the weekends hard because my friends always ask me out for a drink or two or ten..... I now try and stick to the one or two but as I'm drinking it and enjoying it I feel like every sip is killing all my work all week. But who can say no to a nice glass of wine after a long week of work.
  • Thats how I felt! My pants are now to big so I have got some smaller ones but like 3 b/c im telling myself this size wont fit long. At the same times I cant part with my old ones just incase. :-X

  • I didnt read all of these but... if you have a ipod ipad or iphone there is a FREE app called nike traning club that has great workouts. If you dont know what something is there is a vido that can show you how to do it. You even earn new work outs as you go to keep you motivated. Great for at home or to use in the gym.
  • That is hard i used a real bra and 2 good sports bras now i just use 2 good sports bras
