Weight loss

Hi All!
I start a new diet every Monday and a new workout every 1st of the month! So, in other words...I don't stick to anything!!! I have been using fatsecret.com but it hasn't seemed to help so with the suggestion from my niece, I will try this one. I need to lose 50lbs by the time I die. No I am not dying but I feel like the extra weight is killing me. So again, in other words...I don't have a time frame. I don't care if it takes me the rest of my life to lose...I just don't want to gain any more. I could use a support group so "friend me" please and share your secret to weight loss.

    I enjoyed reading this it made me laugh!!! Good luck I know you can do it!

    ~Some things that worked for me....I found that if I knew I was going out with friends or having a bigger meal one night I would try and eat better all day and work out more so you get the extra cals. you want.
    ~If I plan out what I’m going to eat and log it all in the AM or night before I have had it I tend to stick to it better and not find out too late I ate all of my calories by lunch and just keep eating anyway because I’m now hungry for dinner.
    ~Sometimes it feels like a VERY low number... If you like Eggs use them in many ways at breakfast. Even more so if you only eat the egg whites. I didn't like them at first so I would do one full egg and then 2egg whites and that was better. Now I don’t mind just egg whites. I do things like today I added a spoon of salsa to give it more taste.
    ~ I will cut up a lot of salad and fruit at the start of the week.... I HATE wasting food more than anything because I’m cheap...so when it’s cut up in there rotting I will eat it more often so it won’t go to waste!
    ~ When I have dinner I try and start with my veggie first and eat lots of it then I hope that by the time I get to the meat and starch I’m not as hungry.
    ~ Drink lots of water lots of time when you think you’re hungry it’s really dehydration. A way I found to get around this... I don’t know if it’s the best but oh well... is Crystal light...its very low cal and they have ATON of differnt kinds now.
    ~ I know that you said you don't really have a time goal. Try and set little ones like once a month when you hit that goal it gives you motivation to keep going. It's hard to stay motivated with out good outlined goals in mind. You will never feel like you are doing anything!

    I don’t know if any of this will help... or that it’s really the best info because I am by no means a nutritionist but these are somethings I like to say help me :-) I also was hopping typing them out to you would remind me and get me going again!! I need to get back to it! I want to lose 10 more lb. by FL March 31st. Have not worne a 2piece in like 15 years and I got one to try and help motivate me...I do not want to have to leave it home !!! :-) BEST OF LUCK!

    Thought of one more thing lunch time i like the progressive light soup you can eat most of them for under 200 cals
