Day 1 Level 2 on yesterday I made it almost through....OMGosh those Plank Jacks almost took me out...I felt like I was about to pass out after getting up from them...the first set I was able to push past the feeling and do the next exercise but after that second set...I couldn't move past feeling like I was about to pass…

I'm doing the 30 day shred...on day 2 and plan to take a day of rest on Sundays....I know the muscles need to rest in order to repair properly..so I'm giving them rest only on Sundays.

Most say that the video is 20 minutes...I get an extra 7 minutes from doing it online. Someone sent me the link to do it online until I get the video and I'm enjoying it online...Gonna keep doing it that way I get that extra 7 minutes in... Happy Shredding!

Ok team...Day 1 Level 1 done... I couldn't get to it yesterday so I have a day of double duty coming up...once things get a little easier... OMGoodness Julian Michael's worked me out today!!! I can already tell that muscles will be sore on tomorrow... Great job Shredders....:smile:

I'm also new to Ground Turkey so here's what I did with it so far.. I mixed it with: black beans brown rice, 8oz can of tomato sauce Onions Bell peppers (green & red) .. It tastes fine...My daughter made spaghetti with it and the taste was definitely different but still good. So new healthy foods are not always appealing…

Day 3 done... :bigsmile: Cardio day went way better than the first day Monday! 20 minute Turbo express and 50 minute Zumba Cardio Party.... I tell you both these combined is giving me a great workout...I feel Great! Tonight is Turbo Sculpt 40 minutes and 20 minutes express along with Zumba Abs...What a great work out!…

I've not tried the Ab Jam. I only have the 20 minute express workout by Charlene...I've been thinking of purchasing the Turbo Fire...because her workouts are so much fun!! The music is great and because of the energy & music it't over before I even realize it...The workout is intense though..but fun!

Day 2 complete! I did Turbo Sculpt and 20 minutes express along with Zumba Abs...What a great work out! Charlene strength training is the best...I really feel my legs start to shake and burn..and the shoulders...get really fatigued...let's me know that I'm working that muscle well... I get the same response and my goal weight is 130...I chose this weight because my weight fluctuates so much...at least if i get to 130 I have at lest 4lbs to work with..without feeling overweight. For a 5'7" frame the weight range is 127 - 159 so anything within this range is good. When I calculated my BMI getting to 130…

I made it through the 20 minutes express Turbo Jam workout. Charlene really gets you moving and burning those calories in a short 20 minutes...It was over before I knew it but I did feel the cardiovascular worktout. Day 1 down :smile:

Hi, I'm new to MFP and I would like to be in on this challenge. I enjoy Zumba but haven't done it is over a month. Will do the first workout this evening along with 20 minute Turbo Jam. I will post my stats tomorrow as I will take the measurements this evening.

I'm not sure how to log it..but I have the Turbo Jam 20 Minutes Express and I enjoy the workout the music is fun.. I'm going to start it today and stay consistent with it 6 days a week along with Power 90. I think it's a great workout routine. I'm hoping to get results! Good Luck

I am new to MFP and would like to join this 30day challenge. I don't have the 30day Shred dvd yet but will stop by wal-mart and pick it up this weekend. In lew of this I will do Turbo-Jam and Power-90 daily.
