I make a salad with Kale every day for lunch. I just use it in place of lettuce or whatever. :)

I like yogurt and granola bars. packs of crackers are also good. if you can get a container veggie trays are cool. I also like to pack lunches like sandwiches.

I love special k chips! 30 of them are only about 110 calories. I'm also a big fan of hummus with crackers or veggies (I love cucumbers, celery, grape tomatoes, and brocolli). Candy/icecream/sweet snacks are my biggest weakness. My substitutes for them have been granola bars (make sure you get healthy ones though. I love…

I'm taking raspberry ketones in addition to dieting/exercise and it has been helping a bit. I wouldn't recommend taking that many different things though. I'd just try one at a time to see what works.

Congratulations! I lost 6 pounds since January 1st. In addition to changing my eating habits and working out I have also been taking raspberry ketones which seem to be aiding in weight loss.

I am 22 and currently weigh 247. My starting weight was 260. I am hoping to lose 2-3 pounds a week. If I could get to 235 by Valentine's Day that would be great.

I'm the same way! Just got to try to control yourself. Don't deprive yourself though. I had three pieces of candy today. Normally I would've eaten a minimum of half the box. I've had this same box of candy for almost a month now. Slow progress is better than no progress!

I lost a a little bit of weight! 255.5! My SW (before I joined MFP) is 264.5 Prior to today I was 258. :)

hummus is great as someone already said, especially if you're a chips and dip person. great healthy alternative. I love veggie trays...baby carrots and ranch, celery and peanut butter, etc.
