I honestly don't think it would be bad...if you have been cycling for a while already, why not double workout it up?...I often do that...or ride my indoor bike for an hour and a half sometimes...it depends on what you think your body can handle :) ...I say go for it

I know it is hard when you are trying to take care of everyone. You forget to take care of yourself. I saw it in my parents when my brother went through rehab and my grandfather was sick and dying. Something that you learn in AA and any other twelve step program is that it is okay to be a bit selfish. This does not mean…

What kind of lifting regimen are you doing? Also, what is the macronutrient ratio that you are eating? I am honestly not surprised you added in the hips, especially if this is you first go with 'heavy lifting.' I put that in quotes because you need to figure out if you are doing a proper regimen and having the correct…

Are your boobs real?

I still try to exercise like an athlete. I could spend 30 minutes in the gym or 3 hours in the gym. There will be days when I spend at least an hour on the track and then at least an hour doing pilates/yoga/etc.

However, make sure you are getting all 1,200 calories per day. That is the minimum RDA.

Someone mentioned insulin. I would definately get on board with getting checked for thyroid issues or whatnot with your doctor. Some hospitals have weight loss centers. Also, being accountable to someone will definately help. One of my biggest things is I have a tendency to dive in head first to dieting (hardcore exercise…

Do you have Kashi over there? I love Kashi crunch with some fruit and plain greek yogurt. My favorite breakfast. It also has a ton of fiber and protein in it :)

I am on my way to getting CSCS certified and the first thing I noticed about your form is that your heels are lifting up off the ground when you get down. Your knees are a bit too far forward over your toes. If you sat back a bit more, you wouldn't have an issue with your heels, but you may not be able to get down to…

I am a college track coach and have seen a lot of different choices on distance runs. Also, I have gone through phases of different things. I personally do not like to go on a run holding water bottles (even if they are in a belt). Even when I was going out for 10 mi runs. What I used to do, however, was go to either the…
