I think that you should go to the closes grocery stores and try to find something healthy is the dining places don't have it. If you can't make it to the store them make sure you count your calories. Don't go over board!

Don't do it. Try drinking water first, and then if that doesn't work then eat. But try to find something healthy like fruit or vegetables
