Yes just wondering if it was counter productive. I get at least 8 hrs and I tak 50mg of melatonin an hr before bed bc I dont produce enough myself so I get a deep sleep. I know sleep is important, but I didnt know if resting immedietly after a workout was deating the purpose

Thanks Everyone. All very helpful and some funny tips :) I have instead been dowing a large glass of water and that has been able to suffice for me!
