Stop beating yourself up it's ok to yummy foods occasionally it's just some fried chicken. It sounds really yummy and it probably was. I just skipped gym for 2 days and slept for 15 hours instead, even though I need to study and clean my house, neither of which I've done. If anyone should be beating themselves up it's me.

Forgive my ignorance but if you didn't get your cholesterol levels tested. How would even know? If you're eating healthy and losing weight etc does it even matter?

Before I lost contact with my kids I used to do a kind of squat curl with my youngest daughter. She was about 5 and really loved it. I'd do 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps.

I used to drink 10-15 cups of coffee a day, each with full cream milk and two heaped teaspoons of sugar. It had to have been over 1000 calories a day of coffee I don't know I wasn't using MFP then. Green tea on the other hand contains negligible calories.

This. You don't need their pills or surgery. Doctors and the pharmaceutical industry lost a lot of credibility with me after that whole Swine Flu scam, what a joke that was. Take anything they say with a grain of salt.

I've found the fitter I get the higher my sex drive becomes. I agree with you on the whole "weight inhibiting sexuality" I know it certainly has for me and I have some very big plans once I get my body to where I want. Especially since I was married for all of my 20's and missed out on so many fun sexy times.

You are basically going to be limited to fried foods, or boiled foods. Obviously rice and noodles with some kind of meat and vegetables will be staples in your diet. They are very open to negotiation there, try asking your landlord for an oven they may install one for you.

I've discovered that my chocolate whey protein isolate powder tastes really good and I've been eating it with a spoon. I know, I fail :(
