I haven't been going to gym regularly for about a week
Like the thread title said. I haven't been going to gym my usual 5-7 days a week for the past week and a half. I've gone maybe 3-4 days at the gym during that time, and I've been over on my calories a bit. Yet I've discovered I've lost nearly 8lbs. Is it all muscle? Could I lose a lot of muscle that quickly?

Heart Rate, how much is too high?
I am a 220 lb, 5"11 male 32 years of age. When I do cardio my heart rate usually hovers around 150-160 bpm. If I start to push harder it goes up to 170 and the machines start warning me "heart rate too high". Is it? I don't feel like it is. Why do I still look fatter than most people?
