0-4 depending on the brand. I am 110, 5'0. Usually a 2 is just right. 4's are baggy, but sometimes you want to get your baggy on, you know? I have one pair of jeans in 0, an honestly, I think they are lying.

What your doing right now sounds great! Slowly but surely they may come more on board. I think the idea of going out to eat with the family once a week is a good one. November Goals: - 90% compliance to 1500k meal plan (3 free meals a week) -60min cardio a day other then rest day -veggies at every meal (keeps the blood alkaline) -weigh my self once a week (so freaked out to weigh!) -complete 30 days of Tracy Anderson -2liters of water a day -lose 3-4lbs.

I just wanted to pop in and give my 2 cents! I have done both 30 day bootcamp and p57. I did do the 30d bc as suggested, muscle structure followed by cardio. I used Petra Kolbers 321 dance dvd ( which is easy to follow and 55 minutes long) for cardio. I did not follow her gnarly diet, although I was going through a mostly…

Where are you in your cycle? Are you at the point where the hungries get you? What I do when I am like this is make sure that I am eating every few hours ( seems strange I know) and getting a hit of protein each time. I find that this calms my eating down within 24 hours or so.

This is pretty much how I do my free meals too. I am also of the mind of having some goodies every day, for me it is a couple malt balls, maybe a piece of a cookie, or some bites of my boyfriends doughnuts, ECT.. It makes the whole thing more of a lifestyle than a diet. I can't feel like I am on a diet!!!

I agree with Kytten. Your body is retaining fluid/acids due to the intensity of the work out. Give it time and it will pass. I also need to take my own advice and not freak out when that happens! HTH.

I am totally down for this. I have been experimenting with RI30 for the last couple weeks, mixed with Making the Cut. I will be all over this come Monday!
