I switched to decaff 10 years ago, I very rarely drink caffinated liquid. What I have done is switched to a naturally decaffinated tea so there's no hocus pocus to remove the caffine...... Thought that might be it.......

REALLY!?! The other thread was having a laugh, stop getting so upity about it!!! Eat more, less processed foods, drink LOTS of water..... Get a heart rate monitor, When I did 30DS i burned 185 cals per session. :happy:

, You're going to do your back in if you pick a heavy weight up with straight legs, please google how to deadlift, that's what I did and watched it over and over again until I thought i'd got it. Plus I take a photocopy of the page just to check it's right.

Gosh yes please!!!! I'm a uk 34G and would like to get to a 30/ 32 D/DD. I would love not to have to shop in the 'fuller bust' section!! But after losing nearly a stone ( 11 lbs) these girls haven't shifted at all....... :grumble:
