Using a heart rate monitor I've burned up to 720 cals but the class was a b***h and I thought I was gonna have a heart attack...! :laugh: Edit: MFP gave me 340 cals for that same session!!!!

Perfect answer, I get this too, my whole foot goes dead ( both of them ) so I was thinking it might be because my feet aren't moving as they should and I also suffer with bad circulation. So thanks for that!!

More weight less reps is meant to be better. Unless you take steroids or testostorone you will NEVER bulk up. Try reading the new rules of lifting for women. I found this book very informative. Good luck.
