I use stevia for the sweetness but I like the flavor. I gotta find something that gives the flavor of the flavored creamer. I tried like vanilla extract and fat free creamer with the stevia but its still not the same...I will get there. The artificial sweetener in sugar free creamer is really bad for me:sick:

MFP will do it for you actually. You just need to know how fast you are walking on the treadmill. MFP goes by your weight. The more you weigh the more you burn. My treadmill always says I burned less than MFP says I burned. The treadmill does not go by your weight unless you have one of those expensive fancy ones that does…

I work 10 hour days and drive 2 hours round trip. I am attending college and I exercise when I can. Usually on my days off I put the text book on the treadmill and walk.

Use healthy salt in your meals...Sea salt. The salt in pickles and olives is not real good for you.

Your weight can fluctuate up or down up to 2lbs a day. Wait a couple of days or even a week. The weight will come off as you continue to work at it. You are doing a great job....Keep it up and congrats again on the marriage.

You are not going to want to chew for a couple of days. Soft foods that don't require chewing for about 4 or 5 days. Still may be tender on day 6.
